Warranty service for your new home will be managed by the Tacada Customer Care department. This team of highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Superintendents and Customer Care Professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners post-occupancy and guidance during the warranty program.
At your Confirmation Tour, you will be introduced to the Tacada Customer Care Team and your designated Customer Care Superintendent. This team works in partnership with the builders and this centralized approach to new home warranty ensures you receive a professional, efficient, and consistent experience once you move in.
In addition to your builder warranty coverage, your new home is protected by comprehensive third-party coverage through The New Home Warranty Program.

EMERGENCY SERVICE
After hours, or on weekends and holidays, use the contact information provided on the emergency contacts list you received during the closing process.
Our trade contractors or local utility companies provide emergency responses to the following conditions:
- Total loss of heat
- Total loss of electricity (Check with the utility company before reporting this circumstance to the Tacada Customer Care Department or an electrician.)
- Total loss of water (Check with the water department to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area.)
- Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut-off
- Gas leak (If you suspect a gas leak, leave the home immediately and call the gas company from another location to request emergency service.)
Please note: if a service (gas, electricity, water) is out in an entire area, attention from the local utility company is needed. Trade contractors are unable to help with such outages.
If for any reason you are unable to contact a trade on your emergency contacts list, please phone Tacada’s Customer Care emergency line at 1.877.788.7689. You will be prompted to select whether this is an emergency concern or not.
