Supporting both Daytona Homes and City Homes Master Builder; the Architectural Technologist is responsible for coordinating and producing accurate construction and master drawings in a timely manner.

• Produce accurate construction drawings in a timely fashion
• Produce and review all master plans ensuring they are compliant with company specifications and current codes and bylaws
• Participate in all required specification or design changes, therefore, revise all master models and elevations as needed
• Prioritizes assigned tasks in accordance with established project schedules by adhering to time frames and deadlines
• Maintain documentation and drawings for building permit applications; ensure current building codes are being accurately applied to all files
• Maintain efficient organization of electronic copy records of all design/drawing documents, permits and correspondence
• Communicate directly with Architectural Controllers and planning and development departments of various municipalities
• Collaborate with the sales team to address any necessary corrections, additions, errors or omissions in signed plans
