Tacada Communities was founded in 1998 and has developed over 1600 acres of land into 4500 lots. We currently have active projects in Edmonton, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Stony Plain and Winnipeg and participate in numerous Joint Venture Partnerships with Municipalities, First Nations Groups, and other business groups. Our success has been shaped by the valuable relationships we have built with our network of suppliers, city officials, planners, builders and agencies and, we are privileged to work with some of the very best individuals in our industry.
