Attract, recruit, develop and manage a high-performance sales team capable of consistently achieving company sales targets.

  • Regularly visit active communities. Communicate, train, mentor and coach Sales Consultants to maximize individual potential.
  • ·Attract, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team capable of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Analyze lead registration in CRM database to profile prospects and determine conversion rates.
  • Responsible to accept underwritten Agreements to Purchase (sales), extensions and cancellations.
  • Support team and brand via recommended social media channels, adhere to marketing and brand standards.
  • Responsible for leading, engaging and motivational weekly sales meetings.
  • Understand the preferences of our customers in each subdivision to ensure that our marketing strategies, sales team, and product selections are all tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Remain current with the competitive market in terms of products, price, supply and incentives.
  • Participate in home builder association meetings; visit competitor show homes, engage realtors to ensure industry intel and relationships are formed.
  • Handle customer experience escalations and processes efficiently to deliver excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Remain accessible to your team throughout days, evenings and weekends, offering optimal support to both salespeople and in turn, our customers.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Extensive experience in the sales industry; New home sales experience is an asset
  • Energetic, proactive leader who sets the standard for the sales team
  • Significant experience in training and mentorship
  • Proven sales performance and sales leadership experience
  • Understanding of buyer behaviour and how to apporch the sale
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to get along with various personality types
