Sales Consultant

We are looking for a forward-thinking, social savvy, heavy hitter to sell for two of our brands – Accent Infills as well as our custom division, Carriage Signature Homes. This position offers the opportunity to work on unique and one-of-a-kind homes as well as get exposure to products and customers both in central Edmonton, along with estate neighbourhoods. Under the direction of the President, this role offers opportunities for autonomy, excellent earning potential and flexibility. What You’ll Do
  • Work with your team to meet monthly, and annual sales target goals
  • Prepare and maintain all purchase agreements
  • Ensure that our homes are being showcased regularly through open houses and showhome openings
  • Inspire and train your team to drive business
  • Communicate regularly with customers
  • Research and maintain knowledge of competitors
  • Maintain sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and attending weekly sales meetings
  • Complete sales paperwork and enter all information into our software
  • Use outbound prospecting to build relationships with our purchasers
What You’ve Done
  • You’ve been hustling and have ample experience in new home sales
  • You’re able to work unconventional hours, primarily evenings and weekends. Trust us, being able to head to the empty grocery store on a Tuesday morning is the best!
